Adrienne & Jay

I love it when I get to photograph people in love.  I especially love it when I get to photograph two people I know in love.  A few Sundays ago, Adrienne and Jay said their "I do's" in their hometown of Philadelphia.  Their day was simple, unique, fun and vintage...with a kick of rock and roll.  We started out in the Headhouse District, exploring and stopping when we found the right backdrop.  Adrienne and Jay enjoyed a first dance with each other, and when I was photographing Adrienne, a tour group found us, and we worked them into the shot!  The couple exchanged vows and wedding bands at  Fleisher's Art Memorial in South Philly, surrounded by friends and family. Guests were then treated to a "Barbecue Bliss" from Fette Sau and an amazing donut cake from Federal Donuts keeping up with their local love. Congrats Adrienne & Jay!

Jess & Noah 5/2/15

I'm so happy to finally share Jess & Noah's wedding.  From the moment I walked in Jess' parent's home to photograph the bride getting ready until the last photograph of the night was taken, smiles never left the bride or groom's faces.  It was truly a union of two families brought together by two people.  Jess wore a beautiful vintage style gown by BLDN, and Natalie of Salon Norman Dee made sure her hair and make up were flawless.  Noah's suit was from Men's Wearhouse in Center City, Philadelphia.

The bride and groom had their first look at Lemon Hill Mansion.  It was so much fun watching Noah, filled with just the right mix of anticipation, excitement and love as Jess walked up behind him, tapped him on the shoulder and let Noah have a look at his bride to be!  Afterwards, we made our way to The Manayunk Brewing Company for the ceremony and reception.  Guests were welcome to enjoy cocktails either outside at The Tree Top Bar or inside The River Club following the ceremony.  After everyone enjoyed a delicious dinner,  DJ Qlassick opened up the dance floor and got the real party started!  Jess and Noah took quick break from dancing to cut their wedding cake from Sweet Elizabeth's, but got right back on the dance floor until the night's end.

Congratulations again Jess & Noah!  It was a pleasure to photograph your wedding!
